Theoretical Framework
The definition of the theoretical framework of my work emerges from the redesign of this website. This is not an a priori methodology of artistic production, but one based on phenomenological identification. At its base is "Non-Hierarchical Perception" (NHP): a perceptual condition, which may come and go, sometimes independently of the perceiver’s will, that allows a new function to be revealed in an object or entity, without its default functions losing their place. Two consequences derive from it which, for clarity, are presented here as separate essays.
One is "Trembling Suspension": the state of one who perceives, in an entity or object, a function that coexists with those it was associated with by default. These existences, without resolving into one, transcend the entity or object and are sustained at once in perception. Coherence among them is not required.

The other is "Field Logic": among several entities, none organizes the others, and coherence emerges from their bidirectional relationships rather than from a centralized, unipolar power.
The first is perceived within an entity; the second, between entities. This is why they do not exclude each other: a field may be made up of diverse Trembling Suspensions.
